Today I received some rather sad news. NASA has ended communication attempts with the Spirit Rover. Although it lasted far past the amount of time it was designed for I still feel a sudden loss. It’s been more than a year since we’ve had a signal, but there was hope it may warm back up and start talking again. Sadly those hopes are now over and NASA has officially given up. Thumbs up to NASA for such a wonderful mission!
